ARTWORK & PROJECT PREPARATION

A little preparation.
A better starting point.

You do not need to have every detail ready. Use this guide to gather the files, photos and information that help Kyle understand your project.

1. Share the purpose

What are you creating, who needs to see it and where will it go? Add your location, quantity and preferred completion date.

2. Show the space

Send clear, well-lit photos of the full vehicle, storefront or mounting area, plus close-ups of obstacles and existing graphics.

3. Add measurements

Include width and height with units. Note whether measurements are approximate. Final production dimensions should be confirmed before making the product.

FILES THAT HELP

Send the best
original you have.

Original vector artwork is useful for logos and lettering because it can be scaled cleanly. A print PDF or the original design file is a better starting point than a screenshot.

  • Logos: send the original vector PDF, AI or EPS if available. Use a sharing link for editable files.
  • Photos: send the full-resolution original rather than a social-media download.
  • Brand details: include colour references, fonts and any existing brand guide.
  • Print layout: confirm finished size, bleed, cut lines and colour requirements for the specific product before exporting.
  • Missing files: send what you have and tell Kyle what needs creating or rebuilding.

What to photograph.

For vehicle graphics

Both sides, rear and front; photograph straight-on where possible. Include year, make, model, existing vinyl, rust or paint damage.

For window graphics

The whole frontage and each pane, including frames, handles, doors, tint, coatings and existing vinyl. Note which areas must stay clear.

For signs

The whole building or site, the mounting area and close-ups of the surface or existing sign. Include any access limitations.

Sending files through the quote form

Attach two JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, up to 5 MB each. For larger files, multiple photos or editable artwork, paste a download link and make sure Kyle can access it.

What happens next?

Discuss the scope

Kyle reviews your request and follows up on dimensions, materials, artwork and any installation requirements.

Review the details

Check the quote and design proof carefully, including spelling, contact details, layout and sizes. Confirm revisions before production.

Confirm the next steps

Production timing, pickup or delivery, installation arrangements and product-specific care instructions are confirmed for your project.

Should I choose a specific resolution or bleed setting?

The right settings depend on the product, final size and viewing distance. Keep the highest-quality original and confirm the production specifications before exporting.

Can I use an image I found online?

Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. If you are unsure about an image, flag it before design or production.

How do I prepare my vehicle or windows?

Ask for the preparation instructions for your confirmed installation. Mention coatings, wax, existing film, damaged paint or glass so Kyle can advise for that surface.

What if I have a firm event date?

Include it in the initial request. Submitting a quote request does not confirm production capacity or reserve a date.

Ready when you are.

Share your idea, a few photos and the details you know. Kyle will help with the next step.
